Wolves vs Manchester United
English Premier League
Date: Sunday 29th August 2021
Kick off at 16:30 UK/ 17:30 CET
Venue: Molineux Stadium (Wolverhampton).
Wolves have lost their first two games of the season both by 1-0 and the games do not come much harder than having to face Manchester United next.
The club have had a tough start to the season because they have had to play Leicester and Tottenham and last weekend they lost at home to the London side, the fans will not be happy if they see two defeats at home in a row and maybe already some pressure will mount on new manager Bruno Lage?
There was some good news for Wolves who beat Nottingham Forest in the EFL Cup in midweek by 4-0 and that was away from home.
Manchester United started the season off well by beating Leeds 5-1 at home but then there can be some doubts as they followed that up with a 1-1 draw at Southampton in a game where United were expected to win.
However United were losing that game and had to come back so a point is a point. But the huge news for the club is that they have signed Cristiano Ronaldo, their legend is back at Old Trafford after agreeing to join on a two year deal from Juventus.

Wolves vs Manchester United Prediction
Even though Ronaldo is back at Manchester United and is fit it seems unlikely that he will play in this game. At the same time because there is now a two week gap coming up it would be good for him to make a run out, so who knows? Check the very latest team news on Sunday.
United at their best do not need Ronaldo to overcome Wolves though. Wolves might get better as the players understand their new manager Lage as the season goes on but they haven’t shown much for us to think that they can get a surprise result here.
We will back United for the win and get on Mason Greenwood to score in this game, the young player has been looking very impressive of late
