It wasn’t easy viewing for new Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira when he overseen a 3-0 defeat in his first competitive fixture with his team losing against Chelsea.
Then again Palace should not feel too down they were away to the current European champions so it will be interesting if the Eagles can dust themselves down and look at this fixture which they realistically should be winning.
Brentford though were spectacular in beating Arsenal 2-0 on the opening day of the season. This was the Bees first match in English top flight football since 1947 and they were brilliant.
However the question is will Brentford be the team this season that perform well in front of a home crowd but travel poor? Or can they notch up back to back wins, what a start that would be for the club in this new Premier League season.

We have to completely disregard the h2h between the two sides, too much time has passed to take it seriously.
All we can look at is what happened last weekend so this is a hard game to judge. We clearly have not seen the best of Palace, but they are the Premier League team who has been in the top flight much more consistently than Brentford.
This is a risk choice but we should back the away team to get all three points because they will come into this game thinking they have little to lose and will attack and take some risks and feel very confident after beating Arsenal.
Palace will probably be more nervous as they got off to a poorer start so the value seems to be with the away side.
