Chelsea vs Crystal Palace confirmed lineups: Abraham and Havertz start, Pulisic is back!

Chelsea take on Crystal palace in a lunchtime kickoff at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. The Blues sit on 9th place on the log with four points from three games, while the Eagles have gotten two wins and six points from their opening three fixtures so far this season.

Chelsea will be looking to bounce back from their Carabao Cup elimination at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur, who won 5-4 on penalties after a 1-1 full-time draw. And during his pre match conference, manager Frank Lampard confirmed that Hakim Ziyech remains out, but Christian Pulisic is in contention to make the squad.

And now, the starting lineups for both teams have officially been confirmed:

Christian Pulisic returns to the match day squad for the first time this season, as he makes the bench. Edouard Mendy makes his Premier League debut, as does Ben Chilwell. Jorginho partners Kante at the heart of the midfield, and Havertz is the attacking midfielder. Werner, Abraham and Hudson-Odoi make up the front three.

For Palace, Wilfred Zaha is the star man, while Andre Ayew and also start, with Nigerian Eberechi Eze starting as well.

The match is billed for 12:30pm, so were less than an hour away. Come on you Blues!
