Brentford’s loss in the play-off final against Fulham has reign fuelled the fire surrounding tastemaker Saïd Benrahma. The creative striker has been linked with Arsenal and Chelsea, as well as Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.
According to The Mirror,C Tottenham are more likely to have benrahma’s arrival now that Brentford will also play in the Championship next season. The Bees have put a price tag of more than 27 million euros on the striker, a sum that would probably have been higher when promoted to the Premier League.
As well as Spurs, West Ham United are also hoping to have a chance of benrahma, but a transfer to The Hammers does not seem obvious. In addition, West Ham must first sell players before the club itself can be active in the transfer market. In addition to West Ham and Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea are still linked with Benrahma.
The Brentford forward scored 17 goals last season and assisted with eight goals. Benrahma is said to have already informed the Board of Brentford that he would like to play in the Premier League next season.
