Chelsea fans were treated to something they’ve not seen in a long time last night, not because they defeated Brighton and Hove Albion but because they have a striker who brings something different from what they’ve had over the years.

Werner is obviously not the regular out-and-out striker Chelsea are used to having. He’s totally a different breed of striker. He works well on his raw pace and doesn’t engage in some needless physical tangles.
He had a good game but it’s sad to know that he ended the game injured. He actually confirmed it in his post-match interview as his knee was strapped up in ice. He then cleared all injury doubts after he was asked if he would be okay for the Liverpool game on Sunday. He says.” Of course. Games like this, you are always fit”. It seems the guys really knows what’s at stake.
